Chinedu Ubachukwu has emerged winner of the 11th edition of Gulder Ultimate Search. Chinedu beat the two other finalists Cosy Joe & Afolabi Emmanuel to the ultimate prize by being the only person to complete the final task of retrieving the General’s War Helmet. This victory came after the 24-year-old graduate of Petroleum & Gas at University of Port Harcourt successfully navigated his way through the forest and managed to row his canoe across the heavy currents of Aguleri River. 24yr old British-Nigerian lady, Joy Williams (pictured above) has died after a failed  £2,000 b utt enlargement surgery in Bangkok, Th ailand. The young lady's older brother, Anietie, who lives in Nigeria, said the family didn't even know she'd traveled to Thailand. "We don't really know what went wrong, we only know what is in reports in the media." Anietie said He also said that the family is making preparations to bring her body home. According to the  Daily Mail , Joy, who relocated to the UK from Nigeria in 2007 and lives with her mother in Thamesmead, died on October 23rd after visiting a clinic called SP Clinic in Thailand which she had found on the internet.

From a female reader I found out this past weekend that my brother's wife and mother of his two children is a lesbian and I don't know what to do about this information. Does my brother need to know? Wizkid who was in Nairobi over the weekend to shoot a video and also had one or two shows was actually arrested at Nairobi Crown Plaza, a non-smoking hotel where he was lodged. A Nairobian  website   which gave account of the scene reports that, the Nigerian star was arrested when he was about checking out of the hotel after it was discovered he had smoked an illegal substance- weed.

Was walking towards my street this evening and saw this young man hawking just right in front of the gate!! So couldn't help but take pictures of him!!! Though I actually interviewed him briefly and he told me he's from TURKEY and can't express himself in English!! So didn't bother interviewing him further since he can't speak English. What's with this white men and their publicity stunt all over Lagos? Just last week we saw pictures of a homeless white man lying on the Road and many others like that.

Whenever I hear things like this, I laugh because I find it difficult to believable, but unfortunately it is the reality. This is not the first time robbers would be writing residents that they are coming to a particular area to rob, and eventually they will come and still have a successful operation. We just need God in Nigeria, lol. So residents of Onimaba, College Bus stop, Ikotun Road, Igando, Lagos have been living in fear ever since they woke up last week Thursday to see letters from thieves filtered around the street. The thieves warned they will be coming soon, but those who keep a good sum of money at home for them for the festive season will be saved.
